First of all, I explain what is SEO. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization is a process to increase website's ranking and volume of targeted visitors so that website can rank higher in search engine result page.

Now I tell you how do we optimize a website. We take all the relevant information about the website like what is the purpose and goal to make website. After that we start to find out keywords using keyword analytic tool and make a list choosing those keyword which are very popular, effective, relevant to our content and comprise high search volume. We incorporate chosen keyword list to website's title tag, meta keyword, meta description, alt tags on images and content. I also check whether there is any spamming activity in the website or not.

We always avoid to use keyword stuffing and over employment of keywords. These are black hat SEO techniques. If we use these techniques to get high ranking in search engine result page, our website can be banned and reduced the ranking from search engine.

After finishing on page optimization, we start off page optimization. In off page optimization, We submit the website to all directories. Google Panda and Google Penguin

Google Panda reduce rankings for low quality websites, sites which copy content from other websites and sites that are not very useful. At the same time, it will provide better rankings for high quality websites, sites with original content and information. Google panda's latest update is Panda #25 on 25th march, 2013.

Google Penguin Update launched on April 24. According to the Google blog, Penguin is an “important algorithm change targeted at webspam. The change will decrease rankings for sites that we believe are violating Google’s existing quality guidelines.” Google mentions that typical black hat SEO tactics like keyword stuffing and over employment of keywords (long considered webspam) would get a site in trouble, but less obvious tactics (link incorporating irrelevant outgoing links into a page of content) would also cause Penguin to flag your site. Says Google,

Examples of factors that can negatively influence a site’s rankings are: the use of frames, the use of flash, poor navigation, bad link structure etc. Due to ignorance, these mistakes often prevent a website from turning traffic towards it.
